I am a professional certified personal trainer and fitness coach. I specifically train my clients outdoors, to heal and draw energy from the nature surrounding us. RESFIT METHOD focuses on a hybrid style of fitness training, from bodyweight to equipment-based exercises, including mobility, flexibility, coordination, and balance exercises, to progressively grow and strengthen your muscles and body.
Exercise is like medicine to the body and mind. It affects the quality of our life, in how we function physically and emotionally, how we optimise our potential, show up and move through the world. It is fundamental to our long-term health and well-being.
