WHO WE TRAIN
I train women and adolescents.
I encourage women to do resistance training to get strong, fit and build muscle as a way of life. Age is not a limit; you can start at any age. By regularly training you will not just get stronger and fitter, you will get confident and feel empowered. I provide a culturally safe and nurturing space for all women.
Having worked extensively with teens, I understand the teenage years can be a challenging time. Exercise is a wonderful lifelong habit to instil in young people. Its also a great alternative to being on screens, and away from a sedentary lifestyle which leads to long term health issues like obesity and diabetes.
If you have a teen who needs fitness, movement, motivation, and self-confidence, reach out and have a chat with me. I will not only help them get fit and strong, but I will also support them to have a healthy relationship with their bodies, promote a love for exercise and build their self-confidence.
